Features
Each NGT Tool Holder must pass tests for heating, vibrations, noise level, tightness on checking stand and is given a running in. Each NGT product which will fit your CNC lathe turret passed a stringent final measurement of dimensional and functional parameters. Noise level is reduced because the cyclo-palloid gear wheels have had a thorough machining, a controlled heat treatment and a final lapping. Final Quality Control is performed on proper measuring devices and it is assured a documented Measuring Protocol for each Driven (Live) Tool Holder, performed on a 3D measuring machine. Each product is accompanied by a Quality and Conformity Certificate and a Factory Warranty of 12 months. Repairs and/or maintenance after warranty are provided by Machine Impex Canada Inc.
