Shipping Terms
Unless otherwise arranged by a written agreement with a customer, the following shipping terms apply.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs differ for each item in terms of weight and size. For an estimate on shipping costs, please add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and open the shopping cart page. There you can enter your postal/ZIP code for a quick estimate on shipping for the combined package.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, which are not included in the product price. The customer is also responsible for all importing costs for their jurisdiction for importing from Canada (for example: taxes, duties, customs costs and tariffs). Import costs for jurisdictions outside of Canada are not included in the purchase price.
We sell and ship to Canada and the United States of America from MicronTooling.com. Our main office and warehouse is located in Richmond Hill, ON, Canada. For shipping outside of Canada and the US, please contact our Customer Service department for more information and shipping cost estimates at info@machineimpex.com or call us at +1-888-509-1950. For shipping outside of Canada, all import costs such as tariffs, import taxes and fees, duties and customs costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs.
It is important that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. For this reason, Machine Impex Canada Inc. uses dependable big-brand parcel delivery services for our deliveries, such as UPS and Fed EX, with a required signature upon delivery from the purchasing person or company as listed on the receipt/invoice. We also offer express shipping options for our customers (selectable upon checkout) for those rush orders that need fast delivery.
Machine Impex Canada Inc. is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. We assure that all of our products are visually inspected for damage and usability prior to leaving our facilities. We take proper precautions to pack our clients’ shipment with an adequate amount of packing material and the required packing cases (if necessary and as supplied by the manufacturer) to minimize potential damage during shipping, however, packaging materials can only protect against potential damage to a certain extent.
If an item has incurred minimal damage that does not impact usability and performance (such as scuffs or scratches) during shipping, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we can’t accept returns or exchanges of items that are still usable.
For more extensive damages incurred during shipping, which would impact usability or performance, please contact our customer service department right away at info@machineimpex.com or call us at +1-888-509-1950, so that we can initiate an exchange process promptly and file a timely complaint with the shipping company. Please see our Exchange Policy for more information about exchanging an item that is in a damaged state upon arrival.
